Banana ripening cold room are usually used for cooling and heating, cooling in summer and heating in winter. Banana is picked when it is 70% mature and can be stored for 6 months in the fresh care cold room with temperature of 11-13 ℃ and humidity of 90% - 95%. When the temperature is lower than 11 ℃, the peel of banana turns black, the flesh becomes soft and can't mature normally. The environmental conditions of ripening banana after cold storage are 20-25 ℃, the relative humidity is 90% in the early stage and 75% - 80% in the middle and late stage. Cold storage heating mode can be used to ripen banana in winter.
